Delete your app account

For the Ugly Duckling Workshops app for iPhone, iPad and Android. You can also do this in the app: Me, then My account, then Delete my account.

What is deleted

Your account (username and scrambled passphrase check), the encrypted copy of your answers kept for your other devices, and any course opened with a Skool enrollment code. This happens at once and cannot be undone. Short-lived request records are deleted within a day.

What stays

Courses and memberships bought in the app belong to the Apple or Google account that bought them; restore them in the app with Restore purchases. Answers saved on your own device stay there until you delete the app.

Forgot your passphrase? No one can recover it, and an account no one can sign in to holds only encrypted data no one can read. To have it removed anyway, write to uglyducklingseries@proton.me with your username.
